01Agreement to Terms

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site (separate from any signed service agreement we may have with you) is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months before the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creative eSolutions from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in a way that’s reasonably noticeable.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, please stop using the Site.
